When we make a space for a younger self inside we often find the child at places in the past where he/she felt neglected, misunderstood and alone in dealing with anxiety, anger, confusion and pain.

Or we meet an inner child that brings energy and playfulness which maybe got lost in the present life situation.

When we keep this part company with our adult consciousness, offering heartfelt understanding, expressing acknowledgement and love than he/ she can open up to life (again).

In this course we will create a wide space of possibilities for you and your inner child, always based on Focusing using also mindful body work, dancing, imagination and painting.

This kind of inner work helps a lot to understand and transform your biography and also strengthens you in your adult life of today. Learning to listen and care for your inner child enhances self empathy and self efficiency, and over time these refilling experiences will change the background feelings into  more light-heartedness, trust, self esteem, curiosity ..

For many years we gave Inner Child Courses annually in Boppard and now, inspired by our workshop at the International Focusing Conference in Cambridge, we  offer this course in English for the first time.
